My first real rack. Local youngsters took many that were bigger but it was good enough for me…and got rid of a tree-rubber! sj
not bragging size but sure made my heart go pitty pat. He was a lot of work to process (haven’t even started to sort through what’s left of the front quarters) and will make better sausage than steaks. Going out tomorrow to see if I can find something smaller and less difficult to chew!
