Daniel C. Armbruster, age 78, of London suddenly Thursday, August 27, 1998, Doctor’s Hospital West. Born April 11, 1920 in Athens, Ohio.

Retired Chief of the Division of Wildlife for the State of Ohio. 32° Mason of University of Columbus Lodge #0631, member American Legion Post 0400, Florida. W.W. II Disabled American Veteran recipient of 4 Bronze Stars, 1 Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, Silver Star and Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, POW in the Battle of the Bulge.

Preceded in death by parents, Grover & Mable (Carter) Armbruster. 1st wife, Annette (Mazzola), brothers, Harold, Charles, and Norman.

Survived by wife, Millicent (Fletcher) Armbruster; 3 step-sons, Fred (Melody) Greene, London, Tom (Barbara) Greene, Anchorage, Alaska, Dan Greene, Yakima, Washington; 3 grandchildren, Scott, Amy and Megan Greene; 2 great-grandchildren, Blake and Jake Greene; sisters, Mary Davis, Ruth (Vern) Weddle; brother, Robert (Louise Amy) Armbruster; nieces, nephews, relatives & friends, Sam (Mary Lou) Mazzola, Mary Hutchins; Jennie Tondiglia, Marguerite (Ner) Wertenberger, James (Phyllis) Mazzola.

Family will receive friends 2-4 m. Sunday Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 East Main Street, Plain City, Ohio. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Ravenna, OH 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.
