U.S. Army Veteran, Vietnam. Former Sports Editor of the Portsmouth Times. Retired Master Sergeant of U.S. Army and Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Preceded in death by mother Nevada P. Lundy, twin grandsons Christopher and Craig Lundy, sister Brenda Hines and maternal grandparents Iolene and Samuel Hamilton.

Survived by loving wife of 33 1/2 years, Sharon ; twin children, Mick ( Laramie ) Lundy of Findlay, Oh. and formerly of Westerville, Oh. and Missy (Scott) Maxwell of Westerville, Oh.; son, Dan (Melissa) Lundy of Westerville, Oh.; grand­children, Cory and Kayla Lundy, twins, Jacob and Jasmine Maxwell and Mitchel Lundy; brothers, Gary Lundy, Doug Hines, Steve Hines and Tim Hines; sisters, Carolyn Nunez, Bev Cooper and Debra Carifa; loving in-laws, Sam (Jeanette) Kegley, George (Helen) Kegley, Jim Kegley, Paul (Mary) Kegley, Mary Lou (Russ) Brown and Sandy Kegley; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
