Gary C. (Spike) Manley, 65, of Sandusky, died Nov 24, 2023, at Firelands Health, Sandusky. Gary was born December 4, 1957. He retired from the Ohio Division of Wildlife as an investigator for the Lake Erie Law Section. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky, is assisting family with arrangements.
