He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; sons, Adam, Matthew, and Zachary; brother, Robert (Tracy).
Phil worked for the Ohio Division of Wildlife for 30 plus years. He was an avid fisherman and had a passion for sports. He loved rooting for his “Chicago” teams, especially the CUBS.
Phil was active in the Boy Scout Troop # 334, a member of the Queen of Heaven Church, GASBC, soccer and baseball families, Ohio Central Basin Steelheaders Club, and Flying Tigers Snowmobile Club.
He was a friend to all who met him, and will be deeply missed by his family.
