Survived by Son T. Patrick (Teresa) Welch of Corvallis, Oregon Daughter April McNeal (Tony Chludzinski) of Mentor 3 Grand Daughters Sister Marsha Eubanks of Gainesville, Florida Many nieces and nephews also survive Preceded in death by Wife of 50 years, Sylvia (Keller) Welch in 2008.
Terry served as the Game Protector for Lake County for many years and retired as the Commercial Fish Investigator for the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources in Lake County. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Police Lodge Blue Knights Motorcycle Group Ducks Unlimited. He enjoyed Hunting, fishing, gardening, motorcycling, and his pet cat J. J.
Visitation: 5-7 PM Friday May 03, 2013 at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home Painesville
Interment: Private interment will take place in New Straightsville, Ohio
